When should I receive my order?
Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 2 – 4 business days to process and ship. Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5 – 7 business days due increment of orders.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at info@royalbeautyusa.com.
Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

How can I find your international delivery policy?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Royal Beauty USA order and/or shipping total. Royal Beauty USA is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If your order hasn't been delivered yet contact the carrier provider with your tracking number and they should be able to give you the most updated information.
